Promoted to Director of Creative Content to ensure all creative assets represented each of the 3 brands individual voices and target audiences. Managed everyday operations and deliverables of the creative team which included curating photo and video selections, proof-reading copy and scheduling marketing content for weekly collection releases and daily product pushes across multiple social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Email. Continued to execute all duties as Lead Photographer and Videographer, in addition to new Director role.

  • Managed creative team (photographers, graphic designers, copywriters) to implement high-quality targeted content within accelerated overlapping timelines

  • Led the expansion and mentorship of the photo department, hiring two additional team members to address increasing photo needs

  • Led creative meetings and pre-production brainstorms weekly

  • Oversaw all social media marketing strategies, calendars and materials

  • Developed and established standards and guidelines for final deliverables, including introducing a digital asset management plan for photo, video, graphics and copy

  • Researched current and relevant trends to implement in marketing strategies
